₹1 Cashback = 1 Cashback Coin
Eligible cashback is credited directly to your Spotlifly customer account as Cashback Coins and can be used on eligible future orders.
1. How Spotlifly Cashback Works
Spotlifly may offer cashback on eligible purchases, products or promotional offers from time to time.
Instead of being transferred to your bank account, eligible cashback is credited directly to your Spotlifly customer account as Cashback Coins.
Your Spotlifly account receives 100 Cashback Coins.
2. Cashback Value
1 Cashback Coin = ₹1 when redeemed on an eligible Spotlifly order.
The amount of cashback earned may vary depending on the product, order value, promotional campaign or applicable offer.
3. Where Your Cashback Is Credited
Eligible cashback will be credited to the Spotlifly customer account associated with the qualifying purchase or offer.
Customers should use the same account to view their available cashback balance and redeem eligible Cashback Coins on future purchases.
4. Using Your Cashback
Your available Cashback Coins can be used to receive a discount on eligible future Spotlifly orders.
While 1 Cashback Coin = ₹1, the number or percentage of Cashback Coins that can be used on a particular order may vary depending on the order value, products, promotion or applicable redemption conditions.
Having 500 Cashback Coins does not necessarily mean that all 500 Coins can be used on a single order. The applicable cashback redemption limit may differ from order to order and will be determined by the conditions applicable at checkout.
5. Cashback Cannot Be Withdrawn
Cashback Coins are promotional rewards stored in your Spotlifly customer account.
Cashback Coins cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, exchanged for physical cash, transferred to another customer or otherwise redeemed for money outside Spotlifly.
They can only be used toward eligible purchases made through Spotlifly, subject to the applicable redemption conditions.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
If an order through which cashback was earned is cancelled, returned or refunded, the related cashback may be cancelled, reversed or adjusted in the customer's Spotlifly account.
If Cashback Coins were used on an order that is later cancelled or refunded, eligible Cashback Coins may be credited back to the customer's account according to the applicable cancellation or refund conditions.
7. Cashback Validity
Cashback Coins may have an expiry or validity period.
Where applicable, the validity of the cashback will be communicated through your Spotlifly account, the relevant promotional offer or another appropriate communication.
8. Misuse of Cashback
Spotlifly may cancel, reverse or adjust cashback obtained through fraudulent transactions, duplicate accounts, promotional abuse or other misuse of the cashback programme, subject to applicable law.
Cashback earning and redemption conditions may also be updated from time to time, subject to applicable law.
